BodyTalk stands for a deep understanding of the connection between physical and mental well-being. Our body reflects what we experience on a mental, emotional and spiritual level. Conscious and unconscious belief patterns as well as experiences and convictions filter our perceptions and influence our health.

Being in Balance

 

Our body has the ability to heal itself, which is activated automatically as soon as the fine balance of the body-mind complex is disturbed. This ability ensures that the biochemical processes function smoothly, i.e. all processes in the body are synchronized, coordinated and in the right balance. For this, all cells and systems of the body are in constant exchange of information. Body and mind are thus constantly active: wounds close, bones grow back together and mental pain heals - our natural self-healing powers are tremendous.

Our everyday life constantly challenges us: experiences, beliefs, stress or our lifestyle are just a few factors that affect our ability to find our way back to optimal balance. They interrupt and hinder the exchange of information between all the cells and systems of our body that is necessary for self-regulation, which can result in the appearance of a wide variety of symptoms.

The BodyTalk technique gives voice to your body to locate the areas where communication pathways between cells and systems in the body are weakened or interrupted. The possible causes are identified and subsequently define how the interaction can be restored.

 

The specific sequence in which the necessary balance can be regained is as individual as each person is unique.

 

It is important to understand that the practitioner is guided to where the client's body has the greatest need for support at that particular time. At first glance, this may not correspond to our conscious ideas of the most urgent problems. It is, at this present moment, the most important priority of that body (and not the seemingly most urgent problem) that is recognized.

 

In this way, BodyTalk can help the body's self-healing powers regain their full effectiveness, promote a rapid healing process and very effectively support the restoration of the best possible well-being.
